Desert Falcon Football Club is a professional football club located in Dubai, UAE. We are a forward-thinking club, dedicated to becoming the premier provider of youth development and coaching services in the region. Our academy currently caters to individuals between the ages of 4 and 16 years, and we are expanding our player pathway to incorporate senior level teams in the near future.


Role Description

We are seeking a Full Time Football Coach to join our team. This is an on-site role located in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality coaching sessions to players of various ages and skill levels, as well as conducting other coaching-related activities, such as match preparation and training analysis. They will also be expected to work closely with other coaches and staff members to implement an effective player development pathway.


Qualifications

Candidate should have at least 3 years of coaching experience, preferably specializing in youth development
Candidate should possess a UEFA C/Level 3 coaching license or equivalent
Candidate should have experience in a semi-professional or professional academy football environment
Experience in delivering age-appropriate coaching methods and techniques to players of varying skill levels
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work well both individually and collaboratively with other coaches and staff members
Demonstrated commitment to ongoing skills development and learning through self-reflection and peer feedback
Passionate and enthusiastic about coaching and player development
