ROLE DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a top coach as a full-time coach for the Academies for boys aged 12–15
We are opening a rare opportunity to search for the best in youth player development. Honga has a long tradition of high-level junior education, and in the fall of 2024 we will be the only club with all youth sports and specialized boys' teams at the highest league level. Our competition teams in the youth sports phase are strongly resourced both in terms of conditions and coaching. So there is an exceptionally interesting job opening, if coaching young players aspiring to top football is a matter of heart.

Coach's job description:

Responsible coach in one U12–U15 Academy team
2nd coach in one U12–U15 Academy team
Other duties supporting team coaching
Possible coaching of additional training groups
Participation in making the club's sporting guidelines
We expect the applicant to:

Experience coaching young people at a competitive level
Evidence of successful player development when coaching youth competition teams
Excellent interaction and team management skills
We consider the applicant's advantage to be UEFA education, civilian education that supports the task, and sufficient knowledge of Finnish and English. In addition, experience in national and international top football as a player or coach is considered to the applicant's advantage.

The duties will be filled from 1 November 2024 or according to the agreement. Apply for a position by August 15, 2024.
