ROLE DESCRIPTION

The programme is seeking to appoint an ambitious and outstanding Academy Coach / Teacher who will lead and continue to develop and inspire our established programme with over 100 students. The successful applicant will be based in our main school site in Crawley, West Sussex and enjoy a competitive salary and a number of benefits.

Applicants MUST have experience in both coaching U16-19 players and working in an education environment.

The main responsibilities include planning, delivery and assessment of our NVQ coaching pathway alongside lead coaching one of our boys squads in both league and cup competitions. Our programme is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.

Appointment for this post is subject to an enhanced DBS disclosure and two satisfactory references.

Salary: £20,000 - £28,000 PA depending on teaching and coaching experience

Hours: 8am – 4pm daily, term time + final 2 weeks of August and occasional recruitment days in school holidays
