An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Health and Wellbeing team in the role of Health Development Officer, whose primary objectives will be to manage and develop our Fulham Teammates programme.
Fulham FC Foundation (the Foundation) is the official registered charity of Premier League football club, Fulham FC.

Our Fulham Teammates programme aims to engage older adults most at risk of loneliness and social isolation. The post holder will need to be dedicated, supportive, agile and self-motivated. They will also require experience managing projects, coaching in health care and/or fitness environments and communicating with a diverse range of stakeholders as well as an understanding of working in the sports, health and/or charity sector. The role will also require a flexible approach to working during the evenings and weekends when required to support the Foundation and oversee Health and Wellbeing programme delivery.
