Fulltime Position as a Foundation Coach in the Cayman Islands
About us
Established in 2017, Total Soccer Cayman is the largest football club in the Cayman Islands.
We have created a unique football pathway that has been successful in developing players to
sign for professional British academies, representing their National team or gaining a lifelong
passion for football.
About our team
There are over 200 active players within our football club, school and kindergarten programs.
Our coaches run holiday camps during the term breaks, travel on overseas trips to the USA
and Europe to play in tournaments as well as delivering on social responsibility projects.
About you and the role
You are a confident, friendly and motivated coach who has the ability to lead high quality
football sessions to children aged 4 – 12 years in schools and our football club.
You should have a passion for football development and learning as the successful
candidate will need the skills to motivate and inspire children of varying skill level and interest
to improve their technique.
You have the enthusiasm to use football as a force for good as the successful candidate will
help establish our foundation and deliver new programs that will eliminate barriers to
participation and access.
You have worked in a team and are a positive and energetic individual with good intentions
who is keen to accept responsibility and act in a professional manner. You are motivated to
complete administration tasks independently and are open to feedback and advice.
Must haves
· Minimum of 3 - 5 years coaching experience with 4 – 12 year olds
· Minimum UEFA C or equivalent
· University degree in a sport or education related field
· Good organisational skills, able to prioritise and work within deadlines
· Ability to work independently and supervise if required
· Clean driving license
Nice to haves
· UEFA B license or equivalent
· Experience working with a professional football club
· High level playing experience
