Primary interface for all client related activities, online and physical, including at training venues.
Promotion of our football training and official merchandize online and at physical locations, including events.
Communicate to all stakeholders, especially client effectively in clear timely manner.
Increase player count by positively representing our football school.
Monitor, track and report on leads, conversions, retentions and feedbacks.
Forge trusting relationships with stakeholders, customers and partners.
Improve work flows and protocols for sales and community management to enhance efficiency and customer service levels, both external and internal.
Skills & Competencies
Possess positive and energetic outlook, with strong persuasive abilities.
Display excellent interpersonal and effective communication skills in writing and verbal that is clear and motivates. Fluency in multiple languages would be an advantage.
Ability to identify, track, report relevant community KPIs, provide insights and proactively make recommendations for improvement.
Experience planning and leading community initiatives through events and promotions.
Attention to detail, critical-thinker and problem-solver to attain a high customer’s service level.
Sales experience in children and youth training or educational services would be an advantage.
