The Premier League Football Relations team is looking for a Football Relations Manager to support delivery of the day-to-day administration of Premier League match days and to have lead responsibility in Premier League Match Centre (PLMC), the League operational hub on match days. The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills and a background in building strong working relationships with multiple stakeholders and a flexible approach to managing competing projects. This is a new role to help support the Football Relations team to deliver the operational requirements before, during and after each match round.
Match Day Operations Prepare, gather and review all necessary information for the Match Day Information Sheets for each Match. Liaise with Clubs to ensure they meet deadlines for timely delivery of information ahead of each Match Round. To attend Premier League Match Centre when required on Match Days and oversee operations. To take lead responsibility on behalf of the Premier League when required. Responsibilities include provision of support for in-stadium Match Managers, Match Officials, communication with Clubs and Broadcasters, management of the goal accreditation panel and dealing effectively with any potential disruption to Matches, acting in accordance with the Major Incident Plan. Coordination of feedback for the Match Centre Review Meeting, collating reports from relevant areas (Match Centre, Match Officials, Match Delegates, Hawkeye). Assist in the playing strip registration and weekly approval process, ensuring compliance with Premier League Rules. Support smooth delivery of Premier League Match Day Campaigns and logistics of Premier League inventory used on match days for use at Premier League matches. Assist in the regulation of Premier League rules, preparing board reports for review. Attend stadiums and Premier League matches to provide operational support when required, specifically for Match Officials, Clubs and Premier League staff.
