📣 Football Manager Position: Stretford Paddock Amateurs

Are you ready to take your coaching career to the next level? Stretford Paddock Amateurs, a dynamic team competing in the Lancashire & Cheshire Football League, is seeking an enthusiastic Football Manager to join our coaching staff and be part of an exciting journey.


Role Overview:

As the Manager for Stretford Paddock Amateurs, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our club. This voluntary position is perfect for coaches who are passionate about player development and are looking to make a real impact. You'll manage the amateurs' side during matches and contribute to the growth of all adult players within the club.


Responsibilities:

Lead training sessions on Tuesdays (8.30-10pm) and Thursdays (8-9.30pm) at the East Manchester Academy.
Leverage your experience as a club coach or assistant coach to elevate players' skills and performance.
Complete essential match day paperwork and ensure all administrative tasks are met.
Hold a Level 2 coaching qualification from the FA, or ideally possess a UEFA B license.
Maintain a valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) certificate for a secure coaching environment.
Contribute significantly to the development of first team and amateur players.
Manage the amateur side during match days in the Lancashire & Cheshire Football League.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a club coach or assistant coach.
Possess a minimum of a Level 2 coaching qualification from the FA, or ideally a UEFA B license.
Hold a valid DBS certificate.
Available for training sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays, as well as match days.
Strong communication skills and a natural leader.
Demonstrated dedication to player development and team success.
