Job Title: Football Development Officer (13 – 18 Girls)

Salary: £23k-£26k + Benefits

Contract Type: Permanent



The role will lead the Foundation’s U13 – U16’s Girls Advanced Development Centre and Development Centre. phase . In addition, the role will act as the assistant coach for the Girls’ Football Education programme (U16-U18) helping with training and fixtures and Leading on FE admin including; league administration, recruitment, career exit routes and the general day-to-day running of the programme.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Minimum FA Level 2/UEFA C Qualification
Knowledge of developing and delivering programmes within a football setting.
Experience of coaching and developing female players
IExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate young people
Flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to work evenings and weekends
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing circumstances
