Football Development Manager
Job Type: Full Time until June 30th, 2028 (continuation subject to performance)
Salary £26,000-£29,000
The Royal Navy Football Association (RNFA) is seeking to recruit a Football Development Manager to implement a strategic development programme within the County.
The position reports directly to the CEO.
The role involves the following areas:
To support the delivery of The FA National Game Strategy and the RNFA Business Plan 2024-28 in partnership with key stakeholders and enhance the associations major priorities.
To provide strategic direction to the association on all areas of Football Development.
Contribute and provide administrative support to the effective implementation of The FA's Safeguarding Operating Standard for County FAs
Support the adoption of FA technology systems across grassroots football.
To comply with FA rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and guidance that are in place from time to time.
Member of the Association's Inclusion Advisory Group (IAG).
To apply you need to have experience in sports development, and an understanding of the FA's Grassroots Strategy 2024-28. You need to be passionate about and committed to the development of football at all levels.
You must be able to work under pressure, handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Candidates must be able to demonstrate both teamwork and the ability to work unsupervised.
Candidates should also have excellent interpersonal/communication/presentation skills.
You need also to have a current driving licence and also be able to work evenings and weekends as required.
