To be part of the Talent ID and recruitment team within CAA Base and to assist player agents (the “Agents”) where required in the day-to-day management of designated contracted players (the “Players”).
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
To attend football matches in Scotland across youth and senior age levels as may be assigned
To report on new target players; target players and Players whether in-person at football matches or using video for recorded games
To introduce new target players to the agency
To be first point of contact with new target players and their families with a view to setting up meetings
To attend meetings for target players and internal purposes as required
To play a key role in the day-to-day care and management of existing Players in conjunction with the wider team
Where required, to assist in the operational management and organization of fixtures, target players, Players and any other administration in relation to recruitment or retention
To manage use of CAA Base app and ensuring information is up to date
To maintain up to date client and club information
General understanding of the sports industry; relevant industry regulations and compliance issues
Good verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organisational skills
Desire, work effort and innovation to help grow and develop the department
Ability to prioritise workload
Proven and demonstrable experience building relationships and dealing with sensitive situations with confidentiality and discretion
Experience reporting on and/or recruiting professional footballers
