Were looking for talented Football Coaches to coach and deliver across all Football Education programs across the UAE.You will be a key player in delivering best practice coaching across all Football Education programs, collaborating to achieve success within an inclusive and creative environment.

Your Impact

To ensure all the Manchester City coaching philosophy, methodology and principles are incorporated into the delivery of the program
To support the lead staff pre, during and post the delivery
To deliver the coaching program provided to the highest standard and in a professional manner
To work both individually and collectively as part of a team in ensuring the project is delivered to the required levels and expectations
To support the City Football Middle East office with local and regional activations

What we are looking for
Essential

Level 2 FA Qualified or International Equivalent
Member of FA to maintain their Coach License or International equivalent
Post-holder must hold or obtain at the earliest opportunity the relevant safeguarding training (i.e. FA Safeguarding Children Workshop)
Post-holder will be subject a DBS check at the appropriate level and cleared by the Manchester City Safeguarding Officer
To have experience in a football environment
To have proven experience working with players from varying backgrounds and cultures
To have experience implementing and developing a football coaching syllabus
Demonstrate experience and knowledge of planning, delivering and reviewing sessions
To have knowledge and understanding of player development and the four-corner model
To have experience working within a professional Football Club or sporting organisation
To have flexibility to travel when required to support projects both in the UK and Internationally
The ability to create a positive working environment that represents Manchester City and the local partner in the marketplace
To demonstrate how to coach and develop players of differing levels of ability


Desirable

Education in sports coaching or teaching
