Job Title: Football Administration Executive
Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week.
Location: American Express Elite Football Performance Centre, Lancing
Job Type: Permanent
Deadline Day: 12th March 2024
 
Start date: We are looking for this role to begin at the start of the 24/25 season, from 1st July 2024 (subject to satisfactory employment vetting and safer recruitment checks).

Come and play your part as a Football Administration Executive
Want to see what it’s like to work behind the scenes at one of the most exciting clubs in Europe? This role would be suitable who is super organised and works well in a fast-paced environment as you will act as a central administrator for the football administration department, working closely with our scouting and recruitment and technical departments (to name a few!)
 
You will be the first point of contact for our matchday ball kid team, ensuring there is cover on matchdays to support the ball kids.
 
Your core hours will be 35 hours per week, however due to the nature of the work of the football administration team, the post holder will need to be flexible to work outside of normal office hours to meet the needs of the post, particularly during busy periods such as transfer window.
 
Your background
We are looking for someone with previous experience working within a professional sporting environment in a related or similar role. Effective communication skills such as attentive listening, verbal and written communication are a must. This role will be fast paced, and we will have high expectations of you, so you need to be able to work calmly under pressure. The successful candidate will be experienced in using Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
