Role description


SPFL Premiership ROSS COUNTY FC are looking for remote First Team Scouts that can be based anywhere in Scotland.

First Team Scouts must have attained the SFA Talent ID Award (Level 1 – or equivalent) or above.


These positions are paid on a per game basis at a competitive rate, with online access to footage, with games you are allocated to be analysed from home, so no time-consuming or expensive travelling or is involved. You would be required to assess players in 3+ games per week. Your scouting reports will be sent to our football department HQ in the Highlands and will to be added to our centralised database for further assessment.

In-service training will be provided at a central location in Scotland and via zoom on a regular basis to support your continued professional development.


First Team Scouts must have attained the SFA Talent ID Award (Level 1 – or equivalent) or above.
All candidates must have a positive, can-do attitude and must represent the club in a professional & respectful manner at all times. We expect candidates to showcase good administration and organisational skills.
Previous experience is desirable, not essential.

HOURS OF WORK: Minimum watching of 3+ games per week (6 hours)

SALARY: Competitive (on a per game basis)
