Job title: Performance Analyst

### Job Summary
To assist in an elite level, analytical provision for our first team manager, coaching staff, and players. This role will play a key part in maximizing players' and coaches' abilities to perform at the highest level, with a view to winning football matches across all league and major competitions.
### Roles and Responsibilities
**Performance Analyst**
- Contribute to a comprehensive analytical service for all first team matches.
- Provide pre and post-training analysis/support and pre, live, and post-match analysis/support, including subjective analysis, data analysis, file management, filming/coding, and clipping/editing.
- Attend Dundee FC fixtures to support the performance analysis provision when required.
- Deliver exceptionally high standards of work in a pressurised environment with tight deadlines.
- Ensure all historical and previous resources are databased, stored effectively, and made accessible where required.
- Record training sessions using both mobile camera and drone equipment.
- Provide individual player analysis support.
**General**
- Understand and implement the Club’s Safeguarding policy, procedures, and best practice guidelines. Use this understanding to ensure safe working practices, appropriate reporting of concerns, and contribute positively to a safe environment.
- Work flexible hours as required by the role.

### PERSON SPECIFICATION
**Qualifications**
*Essential:*
- Undergraduate Degree or working towards in Performance Analysis or experience working at first team level.
**Experience & Skills**
*Essential:*
- A good knowledge of football.
- Experience working in a PA role previously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Time management skills to plan and regulate workload, including the ability to prioritize demands.
- Experience using analysis software (i.e., Hudl, Sportscode, Studio).
*Desirable:*
- Experience working in a professional 1st team environment.
- Experience flying a drone.
