💥 First Team Coach Vacancy 💥

I am looking to add to my management staff at Royston Town FC for the 24/25 season. We are a Hertfordshire based club within England and play in the Southern Central Premier Division (Step 3).

✅ The right person will be...

- UK based (Note: this is a part-time role). YOU MUST BE UK BASED.
- Experienced in coaching/managing within the English non-league/professional football structure. THIS IS A MUST.
- Able to tap into their own contacts within English professional/semi-professional football that will benefit us. THIS IS A MUST.
- Able to plan, deliver & lead on technical/tactical coaching sessions that align with the team’s short- and long-term plans.
- Able to review and evaluate team performances within fixtures/training.
- Able to support in the recruitment of players for our senior teams.
- Looking to be a part of something successful.
- Able to have a flexible approach to work.
- Implementing the team’s non-negotiables at all times.
- A minimum of a UEFA C/Level 2. Please note, your capabilities, experiences and personality is more important to me than your qualifications.
