Hours: Training & match day required (predominantly weekends and evenings on weekdays).

Hilltop Football Club is an English semi-professional football club based in Stonebridge, North West London. The Club was founded in 2005 and currently plays in the Combined Counties League Premier Division North.


An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious, highly motivated coach with great attention to detail to join Hilltop Football Club in the role of First Team coach.


The role of the First Team coach is fundamental to the long-term vision of Hilltop Football Club and the strategic growth of the Men’s First Team. The long-term vision of the club is to be recognised for championing the development of homegrown talent through player pathways, driven by our proud, passionate football community.



The First Team coach will be responsible for supporting the development of both the team and individuals technically and tactically as semi-professional athletes who play football, through weekly coaching. The head coach will also be responsible for ensuring that the team maintains competitive standards and mirrors the Hilltop game model.
