A great opportunity has arisen for a first team coach to work as part of our football department reporting to the First Team Manager.
This exciting role will enable a coach to work with a dynamic and highly-professional football staff within a progressive football club and have a direct impact on first-team performance.
We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate experience and success in coaching within a semi-professional environment. The candidate must also possesses clear understanding of session structure, design and coaching. Experience of opposition analysis is also preferred but not essential. This role comes with a great deal of responsibility and would only suit individuals who are able to make their own decisions and also work independently as well as part of a team.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
To be responsible for overseeing, planning and delivering training sessions, in line with the clubs development and game model.
To occasionally be responsible for the overseeing, planning and delivering of set-pieces and restarts, including kick-offs, throw ins, free kicks, corner kicks and goal kicks.
Supporting the First Team Manager & Assistant Manager in individual player development plans and coaching.
Assisting with pre-match and post-match analysis work.
Provide technical and tactical advice to the First Team Manager & Assistant Manager during match-days.
Significant experience of leading coaching sessions within a semi-professional environment.
Working knowledge of session structure, planning and delivery.
Working knowledge of detailed opposition analysis.
Experience of individual development plans.

UEFA C Licence (minimum)
Able to develop strong relationships

Competent with PC & Mac operating systems as well as analysis software
