Our intern roles are designed to nurture and develop young talent, providing you with invaluable hands-on experience within real life projects, where you will have your own responsibility from week one! Over the course of two years, you will gain valuable experience within one of our business areas as well as exposure across the club to really understand our culture and club operation.The Purpose:To assist the regional partnerships division, which will involve a range of responsibilities related to marketing and event coordination. This includes tasks such as administration, operations, interfacing with partners, and managing duties during events at locations like Old Trafford, Carrington training ground, and on matchdays.The Role:
To provide further departmental support for the partnership teams and marketing operations when required. This will require assistance with events, experiences, and talent appearances where multiple global partners are involved.
A key element of the role will be to support the data collection and input of the Management Information Report. This requires monthly reporting, providing key insights and learnings for the team.
To support on customer data reporting and liaise with CRM to ensure this is kept up-to date.
To support in partner ticketing management which may include the requirement to manage guests on match days.
To support on Salesforce reporting, budget admin and rights tracking.
To support the team on the ground on match day, at player appearances and other events.
Weekend work and travel around match days and events may be required.
The Person:
No previous experience necessary
Ambitious graduate/college or further education leaver with a relevant degree
Positive can-do attitude
Team player
Strong attention to detail
To be able to demonstrate ability to show initiative / be proactive
Strong and timely communicator
Competence across MS Office Outlook, Excel, etc
Desirable knowledge and experience in Marketing, Business and Finance
Flexible available for weekends/evenings for events/match day
