As the organiser of some of the biggest and most iconic sport events in the world we lead the way in the sport and event industry.We are now looking for aFIFA+ Digital Academy - Learning and Development Coordinator, (Freelancer), 12 months, Remotethat is part ofFIFAand supports us on our mission.These are your key tasks:

The Learning & Development Coordinator provides technical and administrative support for the FIFA+ Digital Academy learning platforms (including the learning management system (LMS) and content management system (CMS) and is responsible for the support, design, development, implementation, delivery, maintenance, and daily operation of the FIFA+ Digital Academy learning platforms
Works on assignments dealing with routine and daily operation, use, and configuration of the Digital Academy learning platforms (LMS/CMS).

Supports the daily operations of Digital Academy LMS/CMS (community learning areas). Ensures smooth onboarding of users and acts as first-level support for the FIFA Member community.
Supports the community areas within the LMS/CMS, including functionality, appearance, menus, and settings.
Identifies and communicates opportunities for process and quality improvements, providing feedback on usage, defects, and suggested enhancements.
Acquires and maintains knowledge of current technology as it applies to the CMS and LMS software.
Maintains procedures and policies to ensure the security and integrity of systems/networks.
Creation and management of the Academy calendar of events, live, non-live and e-learning.

Minimum of three years' experience working with a LMS and CMS
Coursework and/or certifications relating to LMS administration preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (IT, BA)
Working knowledge of multiple web design technologies, such as HTML
Fluency in English and ability to speak Spanish or French
Willingness to work remotly, preference for Europe base
