SUMMARY
Were looking for Fan Experience Ambassadors to provide a warm welcome for supporters arriving at Ashton Gate.You will be working as part of our stadium operations team to create a smoothmatch going experience for City and Bears fans.A Fan Experience Ambassador will be positive, confident and courteous individuals always willing to go the extra mile.An approachable friendly face for those arriving in BS3, you will play a key part in the Ashton Gate experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Pro-actively approach supporters and ensure all fans are made tofeel welcome
Assist those needing extra support
Help solve issues and matters that may arise
Provide post-match feedback to the clubs Supporter Liaison Officer.
While the teams take care of business on the pitch, youll be a vital part of the team behind the team.
Hours: Football and Rugby home games
Salary: £10.50 per hour (£11.77 per hour, inclusive of holiday pay)
