Position:  Executive Assistant to the General ManagerReports to:  General Manager Job Summary: FC Cincinnati is searching for an experienced, reliable, and task-oriented Executive Assistant. This role will support the General Manager and work directly with the Head Coach, technical staff, and internal and external stakeholders (including the Club’s ownership) on the General Manager’s behalf for general communications and meeting preparation and coordination. The position will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative duties including the oversight of the Mercy Health Training Center office management, small event and meeting management, and other tasks as assigned. This role requires confidentiality and the ability to work independently with sound judgment and a sense of urgency. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.  What You’ll Do:Represent the organization by welcoming the General Manager’s visitors to Mercy Health Training Center and TQL Stadium, reviewing Club correspondence, arranging corporate functions, and answering questions and meeting requests directed to the General ManagerManage the General Manager’s very active professional and personal calendar, schedule meetings and speaking engagements, and coordinate travel arrangements while exercising discretion in committing the General Manager’s time and evaluating needsArrange corporate travel and meetings by developing itineraries and agendas, booking transportation, arranging lodging and meeting accommodations in a timely mannerComplete projects and special assignments as directed by the General Manager and his deputies by working to establish objectives, determining priorities, managing time, and being flexible as necessaryEnhance General Manager’s and Club's reputation by having a consistent professional presentation in all settings and correspondenceServe as the main point of contact for the technical staff at TQL Stadium for MLS home matches and other stadium events including, but not limited to, managing the technical staff and player guest lists for post-game Tunnel Club access, coordinating the Player Family Room and special guest visits, and other technical staff game-day requests related to hospitalityIdentify and collaboratively implement process improvements when necessaryManage and protect highly confidential information on a daily basisPrepare internal and external business documents, communications, and create executive presentations for delivery by the General ManagerImplement and maintain a system for regularly recording expenses (including expense reports), filing papers, and keeping the General Manager organizedServe as administrative gatekeeper for the General ManagerOversee Mercy Health Training Center inventory and stock levels of office supplies and place orders as necessary while also being cognizant of financial budgetsServe as a liaison between Mercy Health Training Center, Downtown Office, and TQL StadiumCollaborate with the technical staff to coordinate club events, projects, and special assignmentsAbility to work outside of regular business hours including but not limited to weekends and holidays as required by the FCC game schedule, special events, and projects  What you will need:Travel logistics, scheduling, presentation creation, meeting management, client relationships, strong written and verbal communication, general administrative skillsExcellent organization skills, follow through and judgmentPositive “make it happen” attitudeAbility to handle sensitive matters with tact and diplomacyProven ability to multitask in a fast-paced working environment, make decisions under pressure and prioritize tasks while remaining meticulous with detailsStrong computer and research skills, flexibility, excellent interpersonal abilities, and project coordination experienceHigh-level administrative support skills and the ability to work well with all levels of ownership, internal management and staff, and outside clients and vendorsStrong Microsoft Office Skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)What you will bring:Positive “Make it happen” attitudeBachelor’s Degree preferred5+ years of experience as an executive assistantProactive; detail and deadline-oriented multitaskerAbility to anticipate needs, prioritize tasks and make decisions under pressureExecutive calendar management and organizational skillsExcellent oral and written communication skillsAn innovative approach and willingness to contribute creative solutions to problems as they ariseHigh level of maturity and integrity with sensitive and/or confidential information Why You'll Love FCC:Generous paid time off including vacation, personal, sick, and holiday time Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401k plan with company matchShort-Term & Long-Term Disability InsuranceMaternity & Paternity Leave and Family Building BenefitEmployee Assistance Program and free subscription to the Calm AppDiscount off merchandise in the FCC team storeCommunity volunteer opportunitiesProfessional development and frequent team building opportunitiesEmployee recognition programs and referral programsOpportunity for complimentary staff tickets to home FC Cincinnati matches About FC Cincinnati:FC Cincinnati is a Major League Soccer team playing at TQL Stadium in Cincinnati, Ohio.
