As Executive Assistant to the COO you will be responsible for the administrative support to the COO in all aspects of their work for the delivery of the FIFA Women's World Cup 2023 in Australia.Job duties:Your role as Executive Assistant includes the following responsibilities:Duties related to COO

Responsible for all aspects of the management of the COO's diary including forward planning scheduling
Travel coordination and expense management for the COO and other Heads of Departments
Co-ordination of meetings including the development of agendas, capture actions and minutes and preparation of briefing and de-brief documents
Drafting of correspondence and preparation of power point presentations
Office Management support as required
Administrative support to the Heads of Departments
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring good interpersonal relationships are always maintained
Administrative and operational support for events or projects as assigned by the COO
Other duties as required
