ROLE DESCRIPTION
Job Summary
Reporting to the Head, Talent Identification, the staff shall be instrumental in the day-to-day administration, planning, and execution of the Talent Identification programme for the Football Association of Singapore (FAS) and National Development Centres.
Duties & Responsibilities
Planning & Coordination: Assist in organising, coordinating, and implementing football talent identification events, exercises, and projects.
Administrative Excellence: Manage all administrative and logistical elements associated with talent identification initiatives.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for Clubs, Academies, Parents, Players, and Coaches regarding talent identification.
Data Management: Keep accurate and systematic records of all activities, including statistics on attendance, player evaluations, and stakeholder involvement.
Inventory Control: Coordinate with apparel and equipment partners to ensure all necessary materials are available and delivered on time.
Strategic Planning: Maintain an up-to-date yearly Talent Identification calendar, factoring in all age groups and genders.
Technological Leverage: Employ technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency, scouting, and administrative processes.
Action Planning: Convert broad strategies into specific weekly actions and targets.
Community Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the local football ecosystem.
Professional Development: Organize or participate in Talent Identification-related webinars, meetings, and workshops.
Ad Hoc Duties: Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Head, Talent ID, Technical Director, or General Secretary.
Job Specifications:
Educational Qualifications: Must possess a Diploma or Degree from a recognised institution.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in creating presentations, report writing, and data analytics.
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and written communication skills.
Attention to Detail: Highly meticulous with a strong focus on meeting deadlines.
Multi-Tasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities effectively.
Teamwork: Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
