About the job
Roles and Responsibilities:-



Preparing and coordinating company PO for suppliers, including hotels and cars
Addressing government agencies related to the events
Crowd management and protocol
Responsible for the events held under the umbrella of the Saudi Arabian Football Federation, including conferences, meetings, matches, and hosting with the concerned departments.
Work on periodic reports for projects
Managing match tickets for the Federation’s events
Receiving guests and important figures and making a plan for the visit
Working on arranging and organizing international and local conferences and meetings regarding (brands, hall, acoustics, etc.)


Minimum Qualifications:-



Bachelor's degree in Public relations , business administration, or a related field..


Minimum Experience:-



+3 years of experience in public relation field and sport events management


Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):-



Good communication skills and ability to analyze problems .
High ethical commitment and professional confidentiality.
A high sense of responsibility .
Commitment to the highest practical standards .
