Main goalThe Event Logistics Coordinator is responsible for coordinating shipping, courier and warehouse activities for UEFA club competitions (UEFA Champions League, UEFA Women Champions League, UEFA Europa League, UEFA Europa Conference League and UEFA Youth League). We are looking for this role to start as soon as possible.
Key responsibilities- Coordinating all club competition shipments and courier and warehouse activities based in Aalst (Belgium)- Coordinating the club competition warehouses in Nyon, including material reception, storage, distribution and shipments- Maintaining a transparent inventory management system for the club competitions and liaising with all warehouse stakeholders to continuously improve the service- Helping to maintain a reliable and up-to-date SAP inventory in Aalst (Belgium) for the club competitions- Working on-site at an assigned venue as a Venue Service and Sponsorship Manager (VSSM)- Working on-site to deliver shipping and warehouse activities at assigned finals
Experience required:- from 4 to 6 years / experience in an international freight and logistics environment- from 1 to 3 years / experience working on events and in an international environment
Education:- Bachelor's or ideally a CFC in logistics
Languages:- English / Advanced- French / Advanced
Additional requirements:- MS Excel / Intermediate- MS PowerPoint / Intermediate- Project Management / Intermediate- Good knowledge of European geography- Energy and resilience- Forklift driving licence would be an asset
