Main goalWe are building a team of enthusiastic, passionate and dedicated professionals who are interested in growing withus and contributing to the successful delivery of the UEFA EURO 2024.The Back Office Specialist is responsible for allocating and scheduling all services and facilities to broadcastpartners, ensuring that resources (e.g. TV and radio infrastructure and services at the venues and at theinternational broadcast centre) are used in the most effective way.
Key responsibilities During the preparation stage, setting up the tools that UEFA uses to allocate and schedule unilateral services atthe venues and the international broadcast centre and for telecommunication circuits Allocating, scheduling and processing requests made by broadcasters via the booking front office, takingavailability into account and ensuring optimal use of resources Liaising with other UEFA stakeholders on technical matters Drafting reports concerning priority and arbitration rules Drafting any other reports required by venue teams Helping to train and integrate the event staff involved in scheduling and planning
Profile
Experience required: from 4 to 6 years' experience in broadcasting. from 4 to 6 years' experience in large-scale event organisation or account management for similar events.
Education: Bachelors' degree in a relevant field
Languages: English / Proficient
