ROLE DESCRIPTION

The role is based in the recruitment department of our FCN Academy.

Your role is to identify and recruit U14-U19 players with significant potential from the following markets:

- Nordics (Sweden, Norway, Finland, Iceland, Faroe Islands)
- Denmark (including South Sweden)

Description The role is based in the Recruitment department of our FCN Academy and is a part time role.
Your role is to identify and recruit U14-U19 players with significant potential from the following markets:
- Nordics (Sweden, Norway, Finland, Iceland, Faroe Islands)
- Denmark (including South Sweden)

You will work closely with Head of Recruitment
Key Responsibilities Main responsibilities:
- Operate within the methodology and structures set by the Club.
- Attend and observe live games / tournaments and complete video assessments.
- Build a knowledge base of players for allocated leagues & squads.
- Maintain a shadow team to highlight potential players for FCNs Upper Academy.
- Complete detailed reports on target players (including contract status).
- Recommend the most suitable players on a regular basis.
- Create and maintain a network of contacts with agents, clubs, academies, national federations, and key stakeholders.
- Contribute to the processes for monitoring FCN players.
- Administrative, logistical and coordinate tasks in the scouting and recruitment department regarding recruitment processes in the focus group
- Preparation of reports, presentations and video analysis of players in the focus group

Co-responsibilities
- Support the Ass. Academy Director and the Head of Academy Operations to arrange trials and visits for target players – assisting with delivery when required.
- Support players and families during and after the recruitment phase.
- Support Academy staff with player onboarding and the creation of individual development plans.
Minimum Requirements Preferred but not required that you have worked with girls U14-U19 either as a coach or scout and that you hold a coaching license or have completed a Talent ID course.
