ROLE DESCRIPTION

K Beerschot VA Youth Academy wants to further expand its elite base and is looking for a driven and passionate team coach.

You want to work according to Beerschot's written training vision with sufficient room for your own initiative
You have a positive attitude and are open to input from the coordinators and fellow coaches
You have experience as a team coach in lower or middle levels (preferably at elite level)
You have at least a trainer B diploma or you are willing to take further training
You speak fluent Dutch
You are a team player and can work together with the specialization coaches of the lower grades
You are available on Friday evening and Sunday morning (optional Tuesday and Wednesday as extra times)
