The Football Association [The FA] is the not-for-profit governing body of football in England. It is responsible for promoting and developing every level of the game, from grassroots through to the professional game, and generates significant revenue to support investment into English football each year.
The FA oversees England international teams acrossmen's, women's, youth and disability football, as well as running the National League System and FA Competitions including the Emirates FA Cup, Barclays FA Women's Super League, FAWomen's Championship, and Vitality Women's FA Cup, and the world-class facilities of Wembley Stadium and St. George's Park,all with a purpose to Unite the Game and Inspire the Nation.
The Education Systems Coordinator will be responsible in providing high levels of technical support across FA Education digital systems, with a focus on providing exceptional levels of Operations and Services.
Provide high level of digital education technical support across FA Education digital systems, ensuring internal and external customers receive exceptional levels of service within agreed service level targets.
Work with FA Education to spot, track and monitor trends with support tickets across our Tiered escalation framework and to source solutions.
Create a central tracker for all known problems (KP's). Take ownership and Investigate workarounds and work support teams towards resolving the problem.
Provide weekly reports on and other relevant work assignments that have a direct impact to all FA Education Operations.
Create Digital Service Improvement Plans (SIPs), take ownership and work with relevant teams to share and encourage adoption.
Support the maintenance and development of effective day to day relationships with County FAs through high levels of relationship management. This may be in the form of email, phone calls, webinars and face to face sessions.
Support the creation of an FAE Operating Manual to ensure minimum standards and clear consistent processes across FA Education.
Provide bespoke digital expertise to support the enhancement of FA Education Courses and Operations.
When service failures are observed, execute the FA ES IT Escalation Plan, taking ownership of the problem through to resolution or handover to line management. Provide regular updates across FA Education Operations.
Support the design and development of minimum operating standards for FA Education Course Operations. Including the management of training resources for both internal and external audiences.
Executeadditional tasks as required in order to meet FA Group changing priorities.
Comply with all company policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of health, safety and wellbeing can be maintained.

Experience of working in a fast paced customer focused environment and delivering excellent customer service,
Ability to demonstrate working with and supporting internal and external remote stakeholders,
Experience of providing IT support,
Proficient skills in Microsoft Office including Excel.

Please be aware that unless you are on ahomebased contract, your contract with The FA will specify a fixed location of either Wembley Stadium, St. George's Park or our Processing Centre.
We currently work within a hybrid working model whereby the expectation is to work from your contractual location for part of the week, and as and when required by the team. The remaining days can be worked remotely. We will continue to monitor this model and it may be adjusted in future if deemed necessary.
