About the job
The Role

We are looking for passionate Disability Liaison Assistants to join our team and provide a best-in-class experience for our disabled supporters visiting the Emirates Stadium and Meadow Park.

This will be across event days, including matchdays and concerts. Ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, advising supporters of the services and facilities available to them, handling enquiries and problem solving.

Rate of pay: London Living Wage

Your day-to-day

Provide best-in-class customer care - you will ensure a great supporter experience for all disabled visitors at our events
Proactive query management - you’ll proudly be the point of contact for any questions and requests relating to disabled visitors, facilities or services
Engage with our supporters - you will be welcoming our disabled visitors to the Emirates Stadium, Meadow Park and away matches
Build meaningful relationships - you'll create and maintain impactful relationships with our supporters
Uphold smooth operational delivery - you will help the team in our disabled supporters lounge and attend any post-match meet and greets
