Idaho Surf Soccer Club, Magic Valley branch, located in Twin Falls, ID, offers a premier club soccer experience. With locations in Meridian, Boise, and the Magic Valley, Idaho Surf is dedicated to promoting the development of youth in the community through athletic competition. As an affiliate program of Surf Soccer, a global leader in youth athletic development, Idaho Surf players have access to top-level player development and college preparation platforms.


Role Description



This is a full-time, on-site role for a Director of Soccer Magic Valley at Idaho Surf Soccer Club. The Director will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with the role, including athletic administration, coaching, and organizing all soccer events. The Director will play a key role in promoting ethical behavior, community involvement, and player-centered development within the club, while collaborating with Idaho surf Meridian.


Must be able to work in the U.S. This is a Part time position that will move into Full time after the first year of growth.


Qualifications



Athletic Administration and Physical Education skills
Experience in coaching youth competitive soccer
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Strong organizational and management abilities
Passion for youth athletic development
Bachelor's degree
USSF “C” license or desire to obtain within a year
