Elk Grove Soccer is the largest soccer club in thr Sacramento area. We service over 6000 players each year and manage 400 coaches. The club was formed in 1983.


Role Description


This is a full-time hybrid role for a Director of Coaching at Elk Grove Soccer. The Director of Coaching will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with coaching, leadership development, training, player development, and staff development in conjuction with the Sporting Director. The role is located in Elk Grove, CA, with flexibility for some remote work.


Qualifications


Coaching, Leadership Development, and Training skills
Player Development and Staff Development skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Possess a relevant coaching certification
Experience working in a similar role
Knowledge of soccer rules and regulations
