*In order to be considered for this role, after clicking "apply now" above and being redirected, you must fully complete the application process on the follow-up screen. *DescriptionWe are seeking a strategic Director of Integrated Marketing to be a strong leader and thought partner at the club, which includes Crew, Crew 2, Field and Historic Crew Stadium. This newly designed role will report to the CMO and collaborate with Ticket Sales, Communications, Brand, Community, Corporate Partnership, Game Presentation/Fan Experiences and Soccer Ops teams to build integrated campaigns that drive fandom, engagement, and revenue. If you are a fierce collaborator and critical thinker with a knack for great marketing, this is the place for you!    Essential Duties & Responsibilities Lead integrated marketing strategy to drive fan acquisition, retention, and engagement across platforms including paid, earned, and owned media. Collaborate with the Business Analytics team to understand our fans deeply and develop personalized fan journeys Develop integrated campaigns in support of the club’s sales initiatives, including lead generation and the development of a match-by-match advertising plan Oversee email marketing strategy to educate consumers on our brand and drive ticketing & sponsorship revenue Deliver regular reporting of marketing spend, dashboards and performance Work closely with internal creative agency in building briefs, managing timelines, trafficking, and ensuring the QA process Foster collaboration with Corporate Partnerships and Business Solutions teams on integration of corporate partners into marketing, advertising, and promotional initiatives Manage the prioritization and share of voice of club initiatives through owned channels Lead and develop the retail & F&B marketing strategy and implementation Use data and experimentation to unlock new fan growth opportunities Other responsibilities as assigned    Required skills, experience & abilities Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields 8+ years of related experience in marketing, preferably in sports/event marketing or agency work 3-5 years of people management experience Proven leader with a demonstrated record of achieving and exceeding business objectives Proven strategic thinker with the ability to ideate, develop, and execute plans Understanding of basic accounting principles and budget management Proven ability of displaying an elevated level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills to prioritize projects and responsibilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to partners, C-Level executives, and co-workers Ability to successfully operate in a fast-paced environment
