"Title: Digital Marketing Manager Department: MarketingReports to: Vice President of MarketingFLSA: Full-Time, Exempt WHAT SETS YOU APARTThe Digital Marketing Manager will oversee strategy and execution on all email marketing and paid digital media campaigns for Orlando City, Orlando Pride, and Exploria Stadium, with a primary focus on revenue generation. The position will deliver compelling digital media campaigns in conjunction with the overall advertising plan. The Digital Marketing Manager will control a digital marketing budget and report analytics on email marketing, ticket sales, merchandise, and fan engagement development. This position will also be responsible for additional paid and non-paid marketing efforts, including, but not limited to, out of home, print, radio, and influencer marketing, as well as lead generation efforts. The position is based out of Exploria Stadium. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage comprehensive email marketing campaigns and journeys through Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including transactional, informational, engagement and sales emails.Create, manage and maintain outgoing email marketing calendar. Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.Manage external agency relationship and internal department needs for setup of campaigns across digital platforms, including but not limited to, placing pixels, developing custom audiences and custom links to track all assets.Analyze customer database to create more targeted and relevant interactions with fans based on consumer segmentation.Closely track and report overall campaign performance across digital channels, while devising strategic recommendations regarding how to improve levels of engagement and conversion.Work with partner agency and other internal departments to build reporting framework for all digital ticket sales and merchandise conversions to evaluate and maximize ROI/ROAS on various channels.Assist with planning, buying, creating and fulfilling the Clubs media strategy through OOH, radio, TV, print, and paid digital.Work closely with our internal creative services and content teams to ideate and develop assets for paid digital campaigns. Lead Influencer Marketing program by discovering, managing, and nurturing relationships with local and national digital influencers to increase brand awareness.Manage deployment, tracking, and fulfillment of lead-generating digital promotions and sweepstakes.Manage creation and deployment of fan engagement surveys as needed.Manage the related areas of the departmental budget, as well as projecting and forecasting expenditures.Work in partnership with Manager, Events & Fan Engagement to create processes that maximize opportunities for fan growth and lead generation.Work with internal departments (Tickets, Corporate Partnerships, Youth Network, etc.) in fulfilling digital marketing needs as requested.Manage digital marketing internship program.Perform continual research on evolving trends and new technology in the digital marketing space.
