Nashville is America’s “It City” and a soccer city on the rise. From the CONCACAF Gold Cup to FIFA World Cup qualifying, Nashville is becoming a destination for the nation’s most prominent soccer games. Music City’s local team, Nashville Soccer Club, opened the largest soccer-specific stadium in the USA and Canada in May 2022 and is recruiting a Digital Marketing Coordinator for our content team.  POSITION OVERVIEW: The Digital Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for planning, creating and delivering compelling visual content for Nashville SC’s official social media accounts. This position will play an important role in elevating the club’s brand at the local, national and international levels. This individual will excel in storytelling that resonates with and nurtures Nashville SC’s passionate fan base, ultimately building brand affinity and driving revenue. The Digital Marketing Coordinator will report to the Senior Director of Digital Marketing. RESPONSIBILITIES: Create dynamic, on-brand content aligning with Nashville SC’s digital media vision and strategy. Develop content plan, from ideation to execution, designed to optimize digital growth, including followers and engagement. Assist with organization, distribution and tone of content on multiple social channels. Monitor and track social media interactions and provide exceptional customer support. Support marketing campaigns to meet departmental objectives. Work alongside corporate partnership team to fulfill agreements at a high level. Utilize analytics and insights to develop KPIs and measure performance. Study industry trends and digital practices among other professional sports teams, content creators and influencers. Provide coverage on game days as well as community and corporate events. Work closely with marketing team on look and feel of visual identity. Perform various other duties as assigned by the Senior Director of Digital Strategy. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Prior experience developing digital content for a brand or sports organization is preferred. In-depth understanding of managing social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere. Strong copy-writing and editing skills. Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communications. Comfortable with being a team player and thriving in a collaborative, creative environment. Ability to be prompt, dependable and detail-oriented, and manage multiple tasks with strict deadlines. Ability to work flexible hours, including gamedays, evenings, weekends and holidays as required. Passion for soccer and the community. Bachelor's degree required.  We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, gender identity, marital or veteran status, or any other protected class.
