Brighton & Hove Albion FC are looking for a Dual Career Academy (DCA) Assistant and Goal Keeping Coach to come and join the team. The combined role is to assist in identifying, recruiting and supporting the development of elite players within a technical/tactical and educational programme, to enable them to fulfil their sporting potential whilst supporting their dual career academy aspirations.
What does the day to day look like?
Working with the DCA team, you will assist the head DCA coach with both goalkeeping and outfield technical and tactical components. You will assist in building a successful dual career academy who can compete in the FA Women's Super League, so you will need to bring the passion of developing and delivering with you. You will work closely with the Technical Director of the RTC and Women¿s First Team Manager to develop talented players to progress through the club¿s high-performance pathway.
What we need
The successful candidate must hold the following qualifications:
UEFA B Licence Coaching Award
UEFA B Goalkeeping Licence Awards
Valid FA Emergency Aid Certificate
Membership of the FA Licensed Coaches Club
The successful candidate must also be willing to undertake an enhanced DBS CRC (Criminal Background Check).
