Role description

FPF is looking for a Data Analyst to integrate the Intelligence and Adept Service Directorate. FUNCTIONS: • Development of data analysis projects, with special focus on the production of dashboards and relevant insights; • Identification, analysis and interpretation of trends or patterns in complex data sets; • Conducting studies of the Portugal Football Observatory and internal analyses, applying statistical knowledge in various topics related to football; • Definition and implementation of new opportunities for process improvements, with regard to the database, data collection systems, data analysis and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality; • Compliance with the applicable FPF ethics and conduct rules, namely regarding the prevention of conflicts of interest and data protection. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: • Higher Education in Business Intelligence, Applied Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Management, Economics or other relevant ones; • Domain of computer tools such as SQL, Python and Power BI; • Advanced knowledge of the English language; • Minimum experience of 1 year in data analysis, data visualization, statistics or similar functions; • Interest and taste for the sports area; • High sense of responsibility and organization; • Proactive and team spirit and good interpersonal relationship; • Strong analytical capacity; • Integrity and impartiality in procedures.
