Creative Lead
Location: St Mary’s Stadium, Southampton (with up to 40% home working)
Hours: Full time, core hours 10:00-16:00 Mon-Fri with flexible start and finish times. 
Contract Type: Permanent

 Your next role
 We’re excited to be looking for someone to join us in leading a creative team to produce high-end brand creative, design layouts, final artwork for repro materials such as adverts, digital content for social channels, video content, literature, corporate brochures, web banners, posters and commercial presentations - all of which will have a high visual impact.
You will be responsible for owning the Brand Guidelines and ensuring that all work that goes out of the department is to a high standard and on brand.
You will manage the team and give clear guidance on design direction whilst also being responsible yourself for producing, updating and amending existing artwork for various marketing campaigns and always on digital communications.
 What are we looking for?
 The competencies which are required include:
 Essential Experience:
At least 5 years in industry, either client or agency side.
A genuine passion with experience of high-end design.
Essential Qualifications (including certifications):
Degree in graphic design or similar, or equivalent experience
Essential Skills:
Adobe Creative Cloud for Mac (incl. Indesign, Illustrator and Photoshop).
PowerPoint, Keynote, HTML and Flash exposure.
Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects
An understanding and ability to maintain confidentiality with all work-related matters.
Exceptional communication skills within both internal and external stakeholders.
