If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!City Football Leadership Institute (CFLI) is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Course Leader to join our team and help to develop our unique Business of Football Short Course. The course will delve into how clubs develop their business ecosystems from clubs to fans, media to agents, and players to associations.As the Course Leader, you will play a vital role in designing and delivering course content for the course, both in-person and online. You will work closely with CFLI's internal staff and external stakeholders to create impactful and innovative learning experiences.KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Course Content Collaboration: Collaborate with our internal CFLI staff and external partners to design, develop, and deliver engaging and relevant course content. Enhanced Learning Resources: Create and provide additional learning resources for each session, extending and embedding the learning outcomes for our participants. Course Evaluation and Refinement: Conduct regular evaluations of our courses to gather feedback and insights, and use that feedback to refine and enhance the content and delivery of our programmes. Guest Faculty Recruitment: Identify and recruit exceptional guest faculty members to deliver both in-person and online content for the Business of Football. Faculty Support: Offer support to our faculty during in-person and online delivery, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to provide outstanding learning experiences. Assessment and Feedback: Define clear criteria for course completion and provide constructive feedback on agreed student assessments.PERSON SPECIFICATION A strong background in course design, development, and delivery, preferably in the sports or education sector. Proven understanding of the commercial side of the football industry. Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders. Knowledge of modern teaching methodologies and technologies for both in-person and online learning. Proven ability to recruit and manage guest faculty members.
