The North Carolina Football Club, owner and operator of two affiliated professional soccer teams: the North Carolina Courage (NWSL) and North Carolina FC (USL Championship), is seeking a highly motivated, passionate, and driven individual to assist in executing sponsorship/partnership agreements. Working as part of the Partnership Marketing team in the Corporate Partnerships department, this individual will also work with the marketing, communications, operations, and ticketing departments to fulfill elements of each sponsorship agreement.   JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Partner Servicing & Account Management:  Establish strong working relationships with assigned club partners ensuring all contractual obligations are met and fulfilled in a timely manner as per agreed contracted delivery schedule. Assisting with the management, and execution, of corporate partner sponsorship elements and event related assets. Working as a liaison between external and internal stakeholders to ensure the complete and accurate fulfillment of all sponsorship contracts. Assisting with the management and tracking of all marketing and sponsorship related inventory for the club, creation of proof of performance documents, and the renewal process.  Prepare and distribute internal match day run sheets for the department in a timely manner. Assist with in-game promotions, social and other activities associated with executing partnership game day assets. Liaise with stadium contacts to arrange sponsor activations, including (but not limited to) digital activations, signage, concourse activities and promotions, and on-ground activations. Coordinate all ticketing, hospitality, and memorabilia obligations and requests.  Assist on the execution of all game-day corporate partnership activations in the Fan Festival for club events. Assist on the execution of all in-market sponsor activations, including but not limited to player appearances, community programs, end-of-season events, content shoots, etc.  Provide other administrative support where required.  Communication and Reporting: Work with key partners to establish their key sponsorship objectives and continuously look for ways the club can help meet those objectives. Use of sponsorship department tools to assist with market research, analysis, & report creation. Assist with creating year-end proof of performance summaries for clients. Database management of Salesforce and Asana, including ensuring all contact information is up to date, inputting new partner contracts and managing the roll-over of yearly partner contracts.   QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, Marketing or related field from an accredited college or university Previous experience in sponsorship services and/ or sports marketing, with knowledge of soccer preferred. Strong organisational skills and professionalism Positive, service-oriented attitude  Excellent relationship building, communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to present ideas clearly and effectively Ability to multi-task, manage multiple projects at once and thrive in a fast-paced, intense work environment Superior attention to detail and customer service Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends, as needed Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)   PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met or may be encountered by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
