Job Summary: The North Carolina Football Club (North Carolina FC & North Carolina Courage) is seeking a highly motivated, passionate and driven individual to assist in executing sponsorship/partnership agreements. Working closely with the manager of corporate partnerships within the sponsorship department, this individual will also work with the marketing, communications, operations and ticketing departments to fulfill elements of each sponsorship agreement. Payment/Position Structure: This is a part-time/hourly position Duties include but are not limited to:· Assisting with the management, and execution, of corporate partner sponsorship elements and event related assets · Working as a liaison between external and internal stakeholders to ensure the complete and accurate fulfillment of all sponsorship contracts· Assisting with the management and tracking of all marketing and sponsorship related inventory for the club· Assisting the department with fulfillment needs related to producing signage, print, digital, social, and event assets· Assisting with corporate hospitality, tickets, in-game promotions and other activities associated with executing on sponsorship gameday assets· Assisting with fulfillment of on and off-field promotions for corporate sponsors, inclusive of activation displays, promotional handouts, contests, etc.· Direct communication with clients/partners, as necessary· Use of sponsorship department tools to assist with market research, analysis, and report creation· Assisting with creating year-end proof of performance summaries for clients Qualifications:· Degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, Marketing or related field from an accredited college or university preferred· Knowledge of athletic partnerships, sports arenas, sports marketing, sponsorship services and terminology preferred· Previous experience in sponsorship services and sports marketing preferred· Exceptional organizational skills · Positive, service-oriented attitude · Excellent relationship building, communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to present ideas clearly and effectively· Ability to multi-task, manage multiple projects at once and thrive in a fast-paced, intense work environment· Superior attention to detail and customer service· Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends, as needed· Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) The ideal candidate will be a confident project manager and multi-tasker who thinks on their feet, takes initiative, identifies and solves problems independently while assisting the manager of corporate partnerships. This is someone who can also develop creative solutions, and keep programs on track across multiple partners, inclusive of internal departments, sponsorship clients and their respective agencies.
