We are the employer of choice as the owner and operator of Ball Arena, DICK’S Sporting Goods Park, the Paramount Theatre, 1STBANK Center, Denver Nuggets (NBA), the Colorado Avalanche (NHL), Colorado Mammoth (NLL), Colorado Rapids (MLS), Altitude Sports Entertainment, Major League Fishing/Fishing League Worldwide (MLFLW), Winnercomm, Outdoor Sportsman Group and SkyCam.  Nature of Work:Responsible for managing all aspects of the department’s game night signage execution needs as well as assisting in hospitality, presentation collateral, and inventory management to help the team build, implement and maintain strategic business partnerships that directly impact renewal and revenue goals.Responsible for building a positive sales and activation culture within the department, emphasizing relationships, revenue and rewards with our colleagues and throughout KSE. Examples of work performed:Manage, create and maintain inventory execution grids for Colorado Rapids games. These grids include, but are not limited to Field Boards, Field LED, Digital Fascia Concourse SignageAssist Revenue Managers in tracking all sponsorship inventory through KORE CRM for Dick’s Sporting Goods Park and the Colorado Rapids. Assist in maintaining all department sales and recap collateral through Sportsdigita inventory and Partnership Playbook slides, which serves as a guide for asset details, specs and deadlines.Create end-of-season recap reports for all clients with building signage elements. Work alongside MLS representatives to ensure that specs and elements are up to date and specific league contracts are executed.Work alongside Community Relations to ensure proper execution of charity events, donations, and contracted sponsorship elements.Maintain department VIP contact and invite lists for Dick’s Sporting Goods Park and the Colorado Rapids.Plan and coordinate all aspects of the department’s special client events, including but not limited to client Happy Hours, Parties and Partner Summits.Coordinate, design and order all department client gifts, as needed.Create Colorado Rapids game night checklists for department on-duty staff.Support the Activation and Sales Teams in assisting with various components of their accounts and game night responsibilities, as needed. This description is a summary only and is describing the general level of work being performed, it is not intended to be all-inclusive.
