Role description

The Coordinator, Partnership Activation is responsible for the successful fulfillment and execution of sponsorship assets, ticket-related programs, and community initiatives.   ESSENTIAL DUTIES:Responsible for supporting the workflows, processes, and execution of partnership proposals, fulfillment/activation, recaps, and renewalsCultivate dynamic working relationships with current and prospective sponsors, group ticket buyers, and community partnersParticipate in discussions with internal and external stakeholders and vendors throughout the proposal process to ensure seamless activation can be achieved Assist staff with creation of partnership proposals, mid-year check-ins, and post-season recaps including proof of performance and other KPI’sBe day-to-day contact for several current corporate partners and club stakeholders for deliverable communicationsLead market research initiatives to enhance partnership and fan developmentAssist department members throughout the sales cycle and with ad-hoc projects Conduct cold calls and attend networking events to set meetings with new prospects Create compelling sales presentations to Senior Level decision makers incorporating a clear understanding of the prospective partners marketing and business objectivesCultivate new and existing partner relationships to achieve personal and department sales goalsComplete all administrative responsibilities and reporting accurately and on timeTrack sales and sponsorship inventory throughout season, maintaining detailed list of contacts and detailed deadlines for deliverablesCreate touch-point campaigns each season to ensure that a mutually beneficial partnership existsCoordinate and represent the club as a community ambassador at assigned events Conduct business during non-traditional hours, taking advantage of game nights and events to interact with clients, prospects, Season Ticket Members, group leaders, and single-game ticket buyersCoordinate group ticket outings, on-field experiences, and other on-site activations throughout the season(s)Contribute creative promotions to further develop fan baseAssist with Youth Partner Program tickets and communication Assist with marketing and community projects, as assignedCommunicate effectively and efficiently across all areas of the organization DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Business, Communications, Marketing or Management requiredSports industry experience and working knowledge of soccer preferredAbility to multitask and work in fast-paced environments Must be able to work flexible hours including game days and nights as needed Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skillsWillingness to listen and learnMust be able to lift more than 25 pounds Creative and strategic thinkerExcellent oral, written and presentation skillsStrong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and ExcelSuccessful completion of pre-employment comprehensive background check.Must be legally authorized or able to obtain authorization to work in the US.   The information contained in this job description is not exhaustive of all the duties and responsibilities, nor is it intended to be an all-inclusive list of the skills and abilities required to do the job.  At the discretion of management, duties and responsibilities may change due to reasonable accommodation or other reasons at any time.  Soccer Holdings, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.  All qualified candidates will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, class, religion, country of origin, political belief, disability, age, gender identity, sexual orientation, protected veteran status, or any factor protected by law.
