Job Description
Reporting to the Vice President and Chief Marketing and Communications Officer, the Coordinator's main mission will be to coordinate all activities and operations related to the planning, execution and implementation of the marketing plan and any other marketing and communication project.

Support and assist the marketing and communication team in the development of the marketing plan and various initiatives;
Collaborate with departments, agencies and external suppliers to plan and monitor marketing and communication projects;
Reception and triage of requests made to the department;
Manage the assignment of projects within the team and ensure that the team delivers projects on time;
Maximize time and project management tools;
Coordinate certain mandates and support those responsible for others;
Take part in team meetings and monitor activities;
Prepare presentations on occasion;
Compile and track departmental expenses;
Prepare and implement continuous improvement practices such as reports, statistics, tracking tools, etc.
Work in collaboration with the departments to meet the needs of the Club;
Contribute to the development, implementation, communication and application of procedures specific to the department;
Support the team in coordinating the material needs necessary for the operation of the department, ensure inventory and maintenance;
Perform certain administrative tasks;
Perform other related duties.
The personality! Proactive, resourceful, rigorous, solution-oriented, with a great sense of teamwork;
Have two to five years of experience in marketing coordination, event management or equivalent;
Have a college diploma in administration, marketing, communications or other relevant field;
High level of precision, sense of organization and attention to detail;
Great ability to manage priorities, several projects at the same time, independently and to work under pressure within tight deadlines;
Good presentation skills;
Be available to travel and hold a valid driver's license.
Fluency in French and English, spoken and written;
Very good knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite.
