Uncovering traditional and non-traditional skill markets. Hiring for potential and understanding transferrable and adjacent experiences and skillsRelationship ManagementBe a trusted advisor to leadership by educating, advising, and influencing on recruitment and market trendsAs brand ambassador, provide an extraordinary candidate experience. Keeping qualified candidates highly engaged with the brand for future opportunitiesInfluence the candidates and hiring managers to arrive at accelerated hiring/acceptance decisionsEmployer Brand and InnovationIncorporate an innovative employment brand marketing strategy using social media and other techniques to differentiate the brand and engage candidatesPartner with management to assess staffing needs and develop strategies to fill positions on a timely basis while meeting quality and compliance requirementsSupport business development efforts by recruiting candidates for submittal with proposal or positions contingent upon the award of a contractWork with managers to develop detailed job descriptions that accurately capture key responsibilities, work environment, required experience and other elements to assess candidate fitDevelop and implement effective candidate sourcing plansSourcing for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using internet recruiting resources, cold calls, internal ATS, and employee referrals. Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirementsScreen job applicants to select people meeting employer qualificationsProvide complete, accurate, and inspiring information about the company and positionProvide hiring managers with fully screened candidates and furnish recommendations on compensationOrganize, lead, and document post-interview debrief/feedback with interview teams and candidates Review all offers of employment to ensure the established process is followed and compliance requirements are metExtend offers of employment to selected candidates and, if necessary, addresses any issues may cause the candidate to decline the offerConduct follow-up calls and quality-improvement assessments with hiring managers and new hiresMaintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring manager interactions, and other recruiting activities that are subject to auditUse effective communication approaches to proactively keep others informed Requirements:5-7+ years working in a sourcing and recruiting a diverse set of candidates1-3 years working in Sports preferredAbility to effectively work the entire Recruitment lifecycleEffective use of online recruiting tools, to include user groups, boards, and other social media outletsSuperior communication skillset when speaking with Hiring Managers, Senior Staff, as well as HR & Recruitment teamsPrior ability to formulate recruiting plans to address hard-to-fill roles
