Role description

JOB PURPOSE

Responsible for assisting in the planning and coordination of social content across official Arsenal channels
Ensuring the publishing team are prepared for key projects with required assets

STAKEHOLDERS

The role entails working with a range of internal departments in a fast-paced environment

KEY RESPONSIBILITES

The Content Planner will ensure all content pieces are plotted on our schedule, driving usage of our Social Media planning tool across the team, and ultimately ensuring that the social team hit their publishing deadlines
Support with upkeep of (third-party) social tool calendars
Liaise between internal departments such as partnerships and retail to ensure projects are scheduled in advance and are on track
Assist with the planning and scheduling of roll-out plans of key Arsenal projects
Populate and update key events, OTD, birthdays and milestones calendar
Own international and tournament calendars and populate a schedule of plans
Coordinate required assets for content and campaigns
Assist with platform relationship leads such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram TikTok
Responsible for weekly partner inventory tracking alongside insights team
Upkeep of asset folders for third-party publishers
Support reporting back to team on social performance on campaigns

EXPERIENCE

Demonstrate a minimum 1 years' experience within social/digital agency/brand/publishing

ABILITIES/SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE

The position would suit a team player who is well organised, enthusiastic and who enjoys overseeing projects from beginning to end
Organisation is second nature to you and spreadsheets are a very close friend
Positive attitude, a team player and keen to collaborate
A clear and concise communicator, not afraid to ask questions
Pro-active, with an energetic approach to problem solving
Quick learner, eager to thrive in a fast-paced environment
A good knowledge of social platforms and formats
Experience of keeping projects on schedule and ability to work to deadlines
Basic understanding of using digital tools
