ROLE DESCRIPTION

Content Creator Club Tigres
Position Summary: The Content Creator will be responsible for the creation, development and management of multimedia content for the TikTok platforms and the Club Tigres App. This role requires strong creative skills, the ability to work as a team, and a deep understanding of social media and digital marketing trends.

Responsibilities:

Content creation: Develop and produce multimedia content for the assigned platforms, based on the training sessions of the women's and/or men's team, as well as the men's Tigres and women's Tigres matches, as the case may be.
Strategic planning: Collaborate with the different teams within the area to develop content strategies that drive public participation, increase traffic and generate leads within the App.
Management of digital platforms: Publish and schedule content on the assigned digital platforms, to meet the area's objectives.
Analysis and Optimization: Use analysis tools to evaluate content performance and propose improvements based on data.
Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, such as graphic design, marketing, content, digital, etc. to ensure alignment of objectives.
Be on trend: Stay up to date with trends and changes in the digital and social media landscape, identifying opportunities to innovate and improve content.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design or related careers.
Minimum 1 year experience in creating multimedia content for digital platforms.
Excellent writing and editing skills.
Familiarity with social media management tools and data analysis.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and non-traditional schedules.
Basic knowledge of camera operation, as well as the use of mobile editing tools (CapCut, etc.).
