Role description
JOB DESCRIPTION
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
General Administration which will include, filing, responding to emails, first point of call for the Events Conference team, and directing all queries to the relevant person within the team.
Supporting the team with meeting and greeting potential clients looking to hold their events at the Club.
Raising all invoices for the Conference events held at the Stadium.
Raising all invoices for events during the Christmas period.
Drafting and issuing figure Spreadsheets to the team on a monthly or/and ad hoc basis.
Hosting and supporting events held by the Commercial Team at St. Andrews if and when required.
Assembling Matchday Packs including menus for all Corporate guests during home fixtures.
Assist in the implementation of a new internal Booking System. This will include inputting data, ensuring all date on the system is correct and up to date, and building reports into the system.
Supporting the team with research towards the Events Strategy within each season.
Ensure compliance with all the Policies and Procedures contained within the Staff Handbook, paying particular regard to the Equal Opportunities Policy and Health Safety Policy and procedures at all times.
Any other duties as deemed necessary by your Line Manager or Head of Department.
