Chicago Fire Football Club is seeking an Community Relations/Foundation Intern to join our team!
Assist in coordination of game day 50-50 raffle program
Assist in development and execution of present and future community relations programs (including IDEA, Beacon, Special Olympics)
Assist with operational execution of Foundation programming (including P.L.A.Y.S., Kicks for Kids and Passback)
Organize monthly autograph sessions and send out donation requests
Assist with administrative tasks, participant surveys and tracking, recaps, and grant writing
Other duties as assigned by Manager
Fully Vaccinated for COVID-19
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Previous community service experience or heart to serve others
Self-starter with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work autonomously and use excellent judgment in escalating issues to supervisors
Proven ability to work on simultaneous projects while maintaining attention to detail
Willingness to learn in a fast-paced, high-performing work environment
Knowledgeable of the Chicagoland Area
Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends when needed
