Role description

We are looking for a Community Partner Project Manager who will support in delivering best-in-class project management on behalf of adidas, our lead partner for our long-term, community-based programme No More Red.

The No More Red campaign, is an initiative first launched in January 2022 to support the long-standing work being done by Arsenal in the Community to help keep young people safe from knife crime and youth violence.

Both ourselves and adidas remain steadfast in our long-term commitment to create safe spaces for young people to play sport in the capital, provide better access to trusted role models, and shine a light on talented individuals who are making a positive difference in their community.

Your day-to-day

Responsible for the day-to-day management and delivery of our No More Red campaign in partnership with adidas.
Provide an exceptional level of service to adidas, building an in-depth knowledge of their business and Arsenal in the Community to drive mutually beneficial activation programmes.
Develop great relationships with adidas to increase and improve the depth of our relationship.
Manage the No More Red microsite on, working with key stakeholders to ensure the site is kept up to date and informative.
Be proactive and enhance our No More Red campaign to achieve its objectives and further benefit our local communities.
Oversee all associated No More Red events, ensuring they are delivered successfully.

What We Are Looking For

Experience of providing first-class project management in a professional environment.
Experience of working closely with brands and/or charities.
Good understanding of brand marketing and experience of managing/implementing campaigns across traditional and new media channels.
Experience in building and presenting activation ideas to different stakeholders.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with people at all levels.
Experience of working with the community sector with an understanding and appreciation of social issues.
The ability to recognise sensitive situations and act in a manner appropriate to the environment. For example, working with charities and families linked to victims of youth violence.
