ROLE DESCRIPTION
We are looking for coaches. Jobs can be part-time or full-time. Full-time work requires managing the common tasks of the club, which can be agreed separately.
If you have good communication skills, are encouraging and inspiring and can solve the challenges that come your way, you are the coach we are looking for. As an employer, we commit to train you according to the Pallloliitto's coaching path, and you can also train in the club's internal coaching training.
The job description includes:
· Responsible coaching of age groups and/or game groups to be arranged separately
· Common tasks of the club, e.g. camps, additional training, club activities, events.
We expect from you:
· Desire to succeed with us in the long term
· Ability to work independently
· Good interaction and management skills
· Good planning and organizational skills
· Suitable coach training or sports training

The work begins according to the agreement. The position can be filled even before the end of the application period, if a suitable person for the position is found.
